Christmas Golden Ticket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of this competition is The Paddy Box, headquartered in Ireland.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to customers worldwide aged 18 years or older.
2.2 Employees of The Paddy Box, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

3.1 A total of one (1) Golden Ticket will be placed into one (1) random box (either a Christmas Box, a Christmas Mega Box or a Build Your Own Custom Box) starting 21/11/2025 and ending 05/12/25. The Golden Ticket found after this date can still be redeemed for a period of 90 days.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Customers who purchase either a Christmas Box, a Christmas Mega Box or a Build Your Own Box ONLY during the competition period will automatically enter their recipient. Customers who select themselves as the recipient of the purchased box also qualify. No other Paddy Boxes are eligible for this competition.
4.2 A total of One (1) Golden Ticket will be randomly placed inside either a Christmas Box, a Christmas Mega Box or a Build Your Own Box. 
Recipients of the purchased box who find the Golden Ticket are the winners of prize listed below.

5. Prize

5.1 The recipient who receives the Golden Ticket in their box will win the following:

  • Airline Voucher of their choice – €1,500 (subject to the selected Airline's own terms and conditions).

5.2  Airline must sell vouchers in Euro or equivalency.
5.3  If not possible to get voucher for a specific airline, The Paddy Box will supply a
universal voucher.
5.4 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
5.5 The Paddy Box reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Claiming a Prize

6.1 Winners must contact The Paddy Box via email at hi@thepaddybox.com within 90 days of discovering their Golden Ticket to claim their prize.
6.2 The original Golden Ticket must be presented as proof of winning with the attached identification number present on the ticket.
6.3 The winner must present a Valid ID to prove they are over 18 years old.
6.4 Failure to claim within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner will not be selected.

7. General Terms

7.1 The Paddy Box is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Golden Ticket.
7.2 The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.3 The Paddy Box’s decision regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding.
7.4 Winners agree to allow The Paddy Box to use their name and/or image in promotional materials related to the competition without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Paddy Box is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this competition or use of any prize.
8.2 The Paddy Box is not liable for any technical malfunctions, delays, or failures that affect entry into the competition.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
