1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of this competition is The Paddy Box, headquartered in Ireland.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to customers worldwide aged 18 years or older.
2.2 Employees of The Paddy Box, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

3.1 A total of nine (9) Golden Tickets will be placed into nine (9) random boxes (Paddy's Day Build your own boxes AND Paddy's day Mega boxes) starting 21/02/2025 and ending 16/03/25. Golden Tickets found after this date can still be redeemed for a period of 90 days.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Customers who purchase either a Paddy’s Day Mega Box or a Build Your Own Paddy’s Day Box ONLY during the competition period will be automatically enter their recipient. Customers who select themselves as the recipient of the purchased box also qualify. No other Paddy Boxes are elegible for this competition.
4.2 A total of Nine (9) Golden Tickets will be randomly placed inside select Paddy's Day boxes. 
Recipients of the purchased Paddy's Day boxes who find a Golden Ticket are winners of one (1) of the prizes listed below.

5. Prizes

5.1 The nine (9) prizes available are:

  • Aer Lingus Voucher – €250 (subject to Aer Lingus' own terms and conditions).

  • Ireland’s Blue Book Voucher – €200 (subject to Ireland’s Blue Book’s own terms and conditions).

  • Amazon Voucher – €100 (subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions - see Section 5.2 for details).

  • Butlers Chocolates Hamper – Includes a selection of Easter-themed chocolate products (see Section 5.3 for allergen information).

  • Quarterly Supply of Paddy Boxes – Two (2) separate winners will each receive four (4) free Paddy Boxes of their choice, one per quarter, for a full year.

  • DHL Hospitality Package – One (1) winner will receive two (2) box tickets to the Republic of Ireland vs. Bulgaria football game on 23rd March 2025 at the Aviva Stadium. Box tickets include complimentary food and drinks. Transportation to and from the event is not included.

  • Four (4) Tickets to the ALCFC Iowa State vs. Kansas State American Football Game – Two (2) separate winners will each receive two (2) tickets to the game, taking place on 23rd August 2025 at the Aviva Stadium. Transportation to and from the event is not included.

5.2 Amazon Voucher Details: The Amazon €100 voucher will be purchased for the winner's country-specific Amazon website. For example, a UK winner will receive an Amazon.co.uk voucher, a US winner will receive an Amazon.com voucher, and an EU winner will receive an Amazon.de or Amazon.fr voucher, depending on availability. The Paddy Box will determine the most suitable voucher based on the winner’s country of residence.

5.3 Allergen Disclaimer: The Butlers Chocolates hamper may contain allergens, including but not limited to gluten, nuts, dairy, and soy. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the product labels and ingredient information before consumption. The Paddy Box is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by the consumption of these products.

5.4 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
5.5 The Paddy Box reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Claiming a Prize

6.1 Winners must contact The Paddy Box via email at hi@thepaddybox.com within 90 days of discovering their Golden Ticket to claim their prize.
6.2 The original Golden Ticket must be presented as proof of winning with the attached identification number present on the ticket.
6.3 The winner must present a Valid ID to prove they are over 18 years old.
6.4 Failure to claim within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner will not be selected.

7. General Terms

7.1 The Paddy Box is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Golden Tickets.
7.2 The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.3 The Paddy Box’s decision regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding.
7.4 Winners agree to allow The Paddy Box to use their name and/or image in promotional materials related to the competition without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Paddy Box is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this competition or use of any prize.
8.2 The Paddy Box is not liable for any technical malfunctions, delays, or failures that affect entry into the competition.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
