• All Clonakilty Boxes will leave Ireland with our shipping partner, DHL on their Express service, in specialised chilled boxes.
• THE RECIPIENT MUST BE AVAILABLE to receive the Box on the day of delivery as the contents are temperature sensitive and cannot be left for extended periods outside refrigeration.
• THE RECIPIENT MUST BE MADE AWARE that the products need to be refrigerated. The customer must inform the recipient of this fact so that outer transit packaging can be removed and the products can be refrigerated.
• All Clonakilty Boxes and their contents are packed, stored and sent using food safety guidelines.
